Strip and re-tile
We offer complete strip-and-re-tile options - the existing sarking felt is replaced with a breathable membrane and the existing battens are replaced with tanilized battens which will not rot.
Our breathable membrane products are lightweight, environmentally friendly (CFC/HCFC-free, zero ozone depletion) and carry a lifetime guarantee. Being breathable, the roof does not need additional ventilation and there is no risk of condensation.
Reusing existing tiles
If the tiles taken off are in good condition we can set them aside and re-use them to save money - but everyone likes the look of a new roof. When the tiles are fully replaced not only does it give a longer guarantee but it also adds value to your property.
We also offer various pitched roof and loft insulations which help comply with energy-saving levels per Part L (Conservation of Fuel and Power) building regulations.
